    How to train for a 5k – AECC fun race

    Not that it’s any surprise, but I’ve never been much of a fitness gal. My idea of a marathon is binge watching an entire Netflix series or going through the whole Harry Potter movies in a go, but I seem to have found a go to fitness routine when training for fun races. Fun races are short races, 5k or 10k where is ok to go at your own pace, walk or even dance. Some of them are used to raise money or awareness for a charity.
